Shipping

All orders will be fulfilled in 24 to 72 hours but exceptions may apply, such as pre-orders and peak season capacity.

We offer FREE shipping over $150 spent and FREE Italian Hot Chocolate at 3 items purchased. During summer are included in shipping cost between 2-4 ice packs depending on order size. All orders will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY.

Returns

At Rayluca Chocolate, we take pride of our quality and given that all products are made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds. However a lot of care goes into ensuring they are packaged safely, if there's an error with your order, please email us at contact@raylucachocolate.com

Pick up order after delivery

We don`t use any preservatives or additives to extend the shelf life of our chocolates. Therefore it`s customer 100% responsibility to keep the chocolates in the refrigerator from the moment you received the order. Store them in the original packaging or airtight container.
